Before:
      Please remove any eye make-up and remove any contact
      lenses prior to your appointment.

During:
     We aim to provide you with the most comfortable
     atmosphere possible during your time with us. During
     the application, you will be laying down and relaxing with
     your eyes closed for the duration of the application.  

After:

• please refrain from getting your eyelashes wet for at least three hours and preferably up to 24 hours after your application.
• Use baby shampoo to cleanse lashes from make-up and other debris as needed.
• Use the supplied lashwand to brush your extensions to reduce tangling and flipping of the extensions.
• Avoid cleansers and eye make-up removers that contain solvent-like ingredients such as glycols and carbonates as they can reduce the wear time of your new lashes.
• Opt for an oil free makeup remover.
• Curling of the extensions is not recommended as they come pre-curled.  doing so may shorten the lifespan.
• Waterproof mascara should not be used.
• Visit us for a fill of your lashes when about 50% of the
  extensions have grown out, usually between 2-4 weeks.

*A $50 deposit is required and due at the time of booking for all Full Sets of Xtreme lashes and is forfeited in the event of a no-show or a same day cancellation.

As a means to keep costs down and help avoid price increases, placing tips on credit cards is not allowed.  For your convenience we do have an ATM machine located in our lobby should you need to obtain cash.
